Analysis of Stencil Printing Process

- The stencil printing process was subjected to finite element analysis. Due to the
computational limits of memory and time, the analysis was carried out in two-steps of pressure analysis and filling analysis. The effects of the pad velocity, pad angle, and viscosity of solder paste on filling performance were
investigated. Finally, the optimum conditions for 100% filling were obtained.
